Event Booking Policy
Booking Details Required
Please send us booking details carefully with exact treatment requirements for each member of your group. Please notify us within a reasonable amount of time (24 hours) should you or any members of your group wish to change or delete any of their booked services so that we are able to offer these time slots to other clients.
To secure your booking we will request that you provide credit card details and a 50% deposit. The card will not charged unless in the event of a no-show as per our Group Booking Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a group cancellation in less than 48 hours prior to your booking; on the day of your booking you will be charged the 50% deposit.
In the event of a no show on the day of your group booking; you will be charged the full amount for your group booking.
A SMS notification will be sent 3 days prior to your booking. Your 50% deposit will be returned upon cancellation before 48 hours of your booking.
