Event Booking Policy

Booking Details Required
Please send us booking details carefully with exact treatment requirements for the entire group. Please notify us within a reasonable amount of time should you or any members of your group wish to change or delete any of their booked services so that we are able to offer these time slots to other clients.

To secure your booking we will send you an invoice in advance and will require non-refundable 50% deposit.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation in less than 72hours prior to your booking; on the day of your booking you will be charged the 50% deposit.
